WELCOME TO A DIFFERENT KIND OF PROPERTY AGENT
Dear owners, buyers and tenants,
Thank you for visiting my web site. My name is Jasmine Vincent, and I am a registered property agent with DTZ Singapore. My core focus is in private residential properties in the East Coast area (district 15-16). Specifically I cover:
- Upper East Coast (District 16)
- East Coast (District 15)
- Marine Parade (District 15)
- Katong (District 15)
- Tanjong Rhu (District 15)
There are many property agents out there, but I offer Uniqueness, Specialisation and Professionalism. That’s my U.S.P, which also stands for Unique Selling Proposition.
Uniqueness
When you look for a residential property, many things matter to you: the area, environment, proximity to schools and work, amenities, recreation spots, just to name a few. It is important that you work with an agent who knows these pertinent information.
That’s where my Uniqueness comes in: I have been a resident in East Coast area my entire life, except for the 4 years when I was living in Hong Kong. As a result, I can provide you with personal insights that are unique, and can give you quick pointers to all you need to know about maximising your East Coast lifestyle. Furthermore, I am not only a call away, but perhaps a short walk or a short drive away from where you may live. Knowing this gives tremendous reassurance to my customers, who have also become my neighbours and friends.
When I market an owner’s property, I offer complimentary photography service that showcases various angles in the house. I do this with a professional Digital SLR camera from Nikon. Pictures speak a thousand words, and it has been proven that listings with pictures receive more enquiries. As a result, owners have access to a bigger pool of potential buyers/tenants to view their units, and buyers/tenants also have a good preview for what they may expect.
Once the pictures are taken (this takes about 5 minutes), I would market the property (with pictures) on various web sites, including here at JasmineVincent.com. Web marketing has become very important, considering that tenants and buyers of private residential properties are becoming increasingly web savvy. Not only do they scan the newspapers ads for desired properties, they also search the web for Internet listings. This is where my strength comes in. I’ve spent 8 years working for Fortune 500 IT companies as a Business Analyst/Strategist, and am glad to leverage my skill sets to benefit customers (owners, buyers and tenants).
Finally, for those that work in town, I can provide good tips on how best to travel between East Coast and the City (i.e. Suntec, City Hall/Raffles City, Raffles Place, Orchard and Bugis). This is because I have lived in East Coast for the longest time, and I’ve also worked in the above-mentioned locations in my professional corporate career.
Specialisation
Because I have lived in East Coast area my entire life, it becomes the natural market that I specialise in. I focus on private residential properties because I live in one, appreciate the lifestyle it gives, and enjoy the great environment I am in. As a result, I delight in finding the right, or dream homes for my customers.
East Coast lifestyle is unique and special – it can’t be found in anywhere else in Singapore. Here are some quick highlights why I think this place is such a blast:
- Easy access to the city. It takes as little as 7 minutes to get to the City;
- Easy access to the airport. It takes as little as 7 minutes to reach the airport;
- Quick hop to the beach. You can walk to the beach in as fast as 5 minutes;
- Great food. You can find excellent local and international food fare at the beach, Katong and Siglap. Some good places I’ll recommend are Werner’s Oven (German) in Siglap, Chat Masala (Indian) in Upper East Coast, Raja’s Curry Fish Head (Indian) along Upper East Coast, Blooie’s Road House (bar and grill) at Jalan Tua Kong. For those interested in a good cup of local coffee in authentic ‘old time’ coffee shop, check out Chin Mei Chin Confectionery at East Coast Road;
- Fun Time. There’s so much to do in East Coast, particularly at the beach. You can wine and dine, cycle, roller-blade, jog, wind surf, cable ski, camp, play futsal and frisbee, just to name a few. For those who are not into outdoor activities, Parkway Parade is the resident mall with pretty much everything under the roof. There’s Borders, Star Bucks, Isetan, Esprit, Marks & Spencer, Planet Fitness, Harvey Norman, SingTel, M1, Best Denki, Cold Storage … and so many more;
- Fresh air. it’s interesting how so many people have told me that the air in East Coast feels so different in any part of Singapore! But that’s not surprising, considering that it’s not near any light industrial areas, and it also gets the nice sea breeze from the East Coast beach. I personally like to cycle at the East Coast beach either early in the morning or later in the night. The fresh air is a great start to the day and a great relaxant to the mind after a long day’s work. Many of my customers do enjoy the fresh air from their homes in East Cost.
Professionalism
In my interactions with customers, I strive to listen to what they are looking for. I try to provide solutions rather than highlight problems. But above all, I perform my trade with integrity, ethics and a cheerful heart. This is important, because the real estate sector is a small industry, and it helps to have more friends and referrals.
Hopefully, the above gives you a better idea of East Coast, and my background. Please feel free to contact me if you have any enquiry. In the meanwhile, you may like to be updated (see left-hand column) with the latest news on Singapore property sector developments.
Have a pleasant day/evening.
Yours sincerely,
Jasmine
